Privacy Policy for SensualForm SEO Analytics
Effective date: 2026-11-01
This Privacy Policy applies only to SensualForm SEO Analytics, an internal reporting application currently used for the owner’s SEO reporting and analysis of sensualform.com. It does not replace the general privacy policy of the SensualForm website.
Information accessed
When authorized, the application may access reporting data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and the owner-controlled Google Sheet used for reporting.
Depending on the report, this may include page URLs, search queries, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, landing-page metrics, reporting dates, and related dimensions. Query-level information is used to understand which searches generate visibility, which pages receive impressions, and how content and landing pages should be evaluated or improved.
The application does not request Google account passwords.
Use of information
Information is used for internal SEO reporting, search visibility analysis, query and page analysis, article and landing-page planning, and website performance review.
Storage and logs
Reporting output is stored in the owner-controlled Google Sheet SensualForm SEO Performance Tracking.
The Apps Script execution history stores operational logs such as date ranges, status, row counts, and errors. Normal synchronization does not intentionally store the complete report rows in the execution log. Diagnostic runs may record limited sample data for technical checks.
The application does not define a fixed retention period. Records remain until the owner removes them or changes the reporting process.
Google Sheets permission scope
The Google Sheets OAuth scope is broader than the three intended reporting tabs because Apps Script uses Google’s spreadsheet authorization scope. The script implementation restricts normal writes to GSC Weekly Pages, GSC Weekly Queries, and GA4 Weekly Landing Pages. This code-level restriction does not replace Google’s account-level authorization or spreadsheet sharing controls.
Voluntary external analysis
The owner may voluntarily provide reporting data or selected extracts to ChatGPT, Codex, or other analysis tools. Any such use is initiated by the owner and may be subject to the receiving tool’s own privacy terms.
Authorization withdrawal
The owner may revoke the application’s Google authorization through Google Account security settings. After authorization is revoked, the application cannot make further authorized API requests.
Deletion
To stop future imports and remove stored records, the owner should:
- Stop or delete the Apps Script synchronization trigger;
- Revoke the application’s Google authorization;
- Delete the relevant records from the Google Sheet.
This order helps prevent a later authorized run from importing data again after records have been deleted.
Deleting records from the Sheet does not delete data independently retained by Google Search Console or Google Analytics.
Changes
This policy may be updated if the application’s data sources, permissions, storage location, logging behavior, or intended use changes.
